I think its safe to say that many leaders are overwhelmed. Some of this ‘overwhelmed-ness” (not really a word…) is a great thing. It’s a sign that God is orchestrating growth, pruning, learning, and development. The most critical question to ask during this period (or season) is – “God what are you up to?”
As you ask this question, slow down long enough to hear what He has to say. You’ll be surprised as some of the insight he may provide.
As you start your journey of asking the question, here’s verse to keep in your focus:
Psalm 46: 10 – “Be still and know that I am God…”
